Please Note: Stipends for part or all of the registration fee are available on a limited basis: first come, first served. You must be registered to be considered for a stipend. Click here to register online, and make sure you check the box indicating that you want a stipend. We will let you know before July 4 if you get a stipend.

Conference Rates:
The earlybird registration fee is $350. We have extended the deadline to July 15, 2008. After July 15, the rate increases to $425, so be sure to register early! Children aged 9 and under are free.
Registration fee includes:
- All of the conference activities
- Three nights of entertainment
- Dinner on Thursday, September 4
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Friday, September 5
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, September 6
- Breakfast on Sunday, September 7
- Ground transportation to and from the airport (during designated shuttle times)
Registration fee does not include:
- Air travel
- Hotel room
- Ground transportation for arrivals and/or departures outside of the designated shuttle times
- Optional tours or events
Hotel Reservations:
NOTICE: We have exceeded the number of accessible rooms in downtown hotels.
Unless you require an accessible room, please contact the hotel directly to make your hotel reservation. The group rate is $149 plus tax for a single/double room. (You can reserve an accessible hotel room when you register online.)

Airport Shuttles:
Complimentary, wheelchair accessible airport shuttles will be available during the following times. If you are arriving or departing outside of these times, you will be responsible for coordinating your own ground transportation.
